Extend test-coverage with a working example of embedded UI, that is stored in a some config. This will need small enhancements to allow for storing things in some sub-key also.

I figured changes in there are needed for being able to resolve issues like #2672452: Remove getConfigEntityId() method from expressions, thus I went ahead and merged it. klausi, please re-open if you have some remarks.
