Long lists of Content Types, Contexts, Blocks, etc. within the administrative interface can become difficult to use at large browser-widths because of the amount of separation between the row's title and operations. Striping the administrative tables may alleviate this usability issue.

CoffeyMachine CreditAttribution: CoffeyMachine commentedThanks jobeirne, I modified the patch slightly to make the even rows darker instead of the odd rows. Just so a gray row was not below the gray table header, it looks more balanced :) It's committed now.
