ziomizar commentedHi Peter,
I have changed the code for use availability present in rooms_node index.
In my dev environment seems to work as aspected.
I have committed all changes in last branch with other minor fix.

antoinetooley commentedI am having this problem too. When I use the block to book a room node it doesn't work out that a room is unavailable until after the checkout has completed at which point it writes "Unit availability could not be updated".
Is there a simple way to make it so that it does an availability check before it loads the price and submit button for the block?
I really like what this module offers and I am looking forward to getting it working properly.
Thanks
Antoine

antoinetooley commentedUpdate: I got it working as expected I had to add some curly braces in the rooms_node_check_single_room_availability function.
One thing I have just realised though is that anonymous users seem to be able to access and change unit availability on the node/%/availability page like admin can.
I have checked my permissions but I can't seem to find one which should allow them this functionality.
Any idea?
Thanks

ziomizar commentedHi saintslash,
Thank you for your interest in this module. I am pleased that may be useful to other.
Yes this is a bug in the hook_menu that have access_argument always setted to true.
This is a patch to solve the problem. I've added two new permissions for prices and availability, so after apply the patch you would clear the cache and set new permissions to the rules.

antoinetooley commentedthank you that is brilliant and works exactly as you mentioned. Do you know if it would be possible to add access arguments to allow the node owner permission to edit the availability and prices of the rooms node without having admin permissions and the ability to edit all the rooms node availabilities? I am thinking I can probably do this with page manager if needs be.
Thanks again

gmaximus commentedHere's a patch that implements two permissions: "Manage own availability" and "manage own prices" ... They control the tabs on nodes
