rooms 7.x-1.3

Rooms 1.3 brings a along a number of fixes and new features. Some of the more salient ones listed below.

Improvements

Fine-grained permissions : It is now possible for individual users to control just specific BookableUnits and the related Bookings. (Read our blog post about it).

Extensive Behat Test Suite: An extensive test suite that allows us to move more quickly with refactoring and fixing for Rooms.
