not refundable price

Hello,

I'm using Rooms 7.x.1.11 and would like to implement 2 kinds of prices, one standard and the other not refundable, reproducing the behaviour of the major booking portals like booking.com or expedia.

at admin/rooms/config/bookings in the "rooms checkout settings" tab, i found a flag to "Allow bookings based on a deposit" and can decide a percentage to be payed, but this is general.

What I'm trying to achieve is the same unit with two different prices presented, one discounted if the customer intend to pay the booking in advance, and one at full price if the client doesn't want to pay at the moment of booking.

Can you please tell me if this behaviour is directly configurable over rooms administrative interface or give me a hint to go in the right direction?
