Single location selection is buggy

During installation I de-selected multiple location option, however after installation:
A) under The Menu option I can still see the option BROWSE BY LOCATION
B) under Locations, the 3 locations of the demo are visible
C) when I BOOK A TABLE, Location option is mandatory, even though I have a single location

I have a single location only and the above 3 points should be considered as bugs I think.
