Problem/Motivation

When using responsive preview, I noticed that closing a preview did not unlock the body-level scroll, or unselect the toolbar tab for responsive preview.

Proposed resolution

Deactivate the tabModel when closing the responsive preview.

When closing a responsive preview, the tab is unselected and users can scroll through the page.
