Hello,

You mentioned in that README file that a subtheme can be created. Is there a special way to do it for this theme? I ask because on some other themes, there are specific instructions on how to do it. Would I do it in the normal way that I would apply a something for a base theme such as Omega?

I want to avoid losing all my CSS and customizations when I do an update.

Sorry to say but we can't create sub theme for this theme.

Yes, you can copy/paste existing structure and css to other theme.
