responsive_blog_theme 7.x-1.0-beta1

This release fixes a lot of bugs:

• Since now theme will work properly for every type of content, not only for 'Blog' pages. It means that problems with front page appearance are resolved.
• Many selectors with hardcoded ids were rewritten, so now you don't have to change every field's and block's machine name in order to make theme look as it is supposed to.
• Responsive blog theme is actually responsive since now (do not forget to save theme settings).
• 'Login' button was fixed, so now it doesn't have fixed width, but wraps it's inner caption.
• Pager looks and function fine.
