I have enabled the parent, child and link blocks and the are not showing up is anyone having the problem?

I've just added the module about a week ago and it works fine for me. Did you set the permissions, add to the panels (if using panels), double check the relationship that is set up (configure/node relativity).

Also blocks are contextual and are only shown when viewing nodes of types configured to work with relativity.
