I don't know if this is possible, but I need to create a newsletter (using simplenews) where there is a list of nodes with teasers, and another where just titles should be showed. Is this possible?

You can create two views - one with teasers, one without them (You can obtain it by settings fields and proper filters).
Then just mark both in content management in Your simplenews content type and that's it.

EDIT: i didn't see that Your version is 5.x I'm using drupal 6.x
