with DS Form, Render ECK Entity Form Elements

Im using a mix of Content Types and ECK entities with display suite forms. REL works on Content Types, but I don't see a "manage form display" link for ECK entities so those forms are unable to be themed the same as Content Type Forms. Is there a way to get REL to work with ECK entity forms?
