redirect 8.x-1.0-alpha2

Second alpha release for the Redirect module.

The new alpha version includes support for Migrations from Drupal 7 and the 404 handling has been moved into a separate module with better support for multilingual sites and the ability to ignore certain requests (including wildcard support)
