Contacts filter, not selecting on correct Status [#1992272]

This is my first issue post. If I am missing anything, please let me know. I will fill in detail where I can.

Three test cases:
1) Contact added via Add a Contact --> Linked to existing User via email.
2) Contact added via Add a Contact --> Edit --> Drupal User --> "Create New".
3) Contact added via Add a Contact --> then Archived.

On the Contact form (redhen/contact)...

Initial display: All 3 show correctly.

Filter Apply, no specific filter criteria: Only #1 shows (expected to see all 3)
Filter Reset: All 3 show (correct)
Filter State = Active: Only #1 shows (expected #1 & #2)
Filter State = Archived: Nothing shows (expected #3)

OK. Thank you very much for looking into this. I guess there must be something else going on on my side. I will dig through as best I can. If I find anything, I will update the post.

Have the same problem. All my contacts are not linked to Drupal users.
E.g. When I query for a first name, in some cases the results is correct. With some other names it returns "nothing found".
Same problem when I only query the Last Name or only Email.
Wildcards do not work either (this might be normal?).
Any idea? Suggestions?
