[META] Third alpha release (8.x-1.0-alpha3)

Problem/Motivation

RedACTO third alpha release should provide support for a new administrator theme, which should allow users easier navigation through the administrator part of the website and should redefine the appearance of existing forms for adding content.

Also, this version should offer support for Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP), for creating websites that are consistently fast, beautiful and high-performing across devices and platforms.

We will track all related issues here. The list is not final.
