Add block conditions for eventinstances, eventseries and registrants

Problem/Motivation

Currently, there are no ways to set conditions for blocks to appear on entities related to this module.

Steps to reproduce

Under block layout, choose any block. There are no options for enabling or disabling a block to appear on event instances, event series, or registrants.

Proposed resolution

Add the necessary Condition plugins to account for this module's entities and bundles.
