Billing tab is inconsistently named

Problem/Motivation

In recurly_hosted, the billing tab is titled "Update Billing"; elsewhere in the module it is titled, "Update billing information".

Proposed resolution

Update recurly_hosted to be consistent with the title: "Update billing information".
