Installation issues

There are several issues with the installation - i believe.

Issue 1: The Libraries API module is required by one or more modules, which lead to some errors throughout installation.
Solution?: I believe that the libraries module should be included in the profile modules folder, aswell as added the installation file.

Issue 2: Several 3rd party assets is needed for the theme. Selectivizr, Respond, CSS3 PIE, HTML5 Shiv.
Solution?: Downloading these extensions and adding them to libraries seems to solve the issue. BUT if this cant be included in package, there should be some documentation stating what needs to be done.

Issue 3: Saved searches dont seem to work. When being in a search, and wanting to click the text, nothing happens in the current release.
Solution?: I have not come up with a solution yet.

But... What are issues, and what is not? If you install recruiter-7.x-1.12 on simplytest.me - there is no errors throughout the installation - and issue 3 seems to work - atleast it expands when clicking
