While installing recruiter a message advises to disable or delete views

I'm not sure about the following message I got while installing recruiter:

The following views were using the index Job search: job_search, front_page_job_search. You should disable or delete them.
The following views were using the index Resume search: resume_search. You should disable or delete them.

Aren't the views needed?
