Recruiter hierarchy at Organization Level

Hi,

I need bring hierarchy for recruiter(Admin,supervisor,recruiters).

Admin can add/remove group of recruiters. Recruiters can post the job and shortlist the profiles.

This functionality we need to implement at company level(eX: IBM can have many branches across world, as a admin he can add recruiters/supervisor at any branch)

Can you please let me know is it possible to acheive drupal recruiter module or do we need install any other modules to support this functionality.
