Hi,
1.) An applicant can apply for the same job multiple times, meaning to say the system is not aware of the previous application submission of any job which he / she has ever applied.
2.) In the teaser view, the listing didn't show the job application status but always Apply Link and thus resulting in multiple times of submission per job.
Thanks.

I didn't use this distro at the end and just created my own since my requirements are quite pretty straight-forward. Thanks

chipchenko CreditAttribution: chipchenko commentedHi,
I am experiencing the same problem and have not found a solution yet.
I am currently trying to change the variants on the page-job_application_add panel page but have yet to stop applicants from applying more than once.
Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

pinkonomy CreditAttribution: pinkonomy commentedis this possible to do with sitebuilding or will it need coding?

Personally, I do not know how to fix this issue. For that reason, I do not know if takes coding or site building work. I have post a question on Drupal Answers "Limit post node base on entity reference?"
Another way to solve this issue is by using the Flag module. Which I provide a possible solution in here that it would work if you still building your website by just doing site building.
