I created a custom profile2 profile named "Company", added a field collection with field "company name" and set field setting to "Private (only author and administrators can edit and view)". I added rule, for initialization of profile, cloned resume's rule for initialization. Also in /admin/people/permissions I gave permission for "recruiter" role to edit and view.
The problem is that when user with role "recruiter" tries to edit and save his Company profile, fields disappear from view, and you cannot edit them either.
As administrator, everything works fine, you can view and edit. So it seems related with permissions, but I gave all the need permissions. Am I missing something?
See below screenshots in attached file.

I recreated this issue with fresh copy of Recruiter (recruiter-7.x-1.0-core.tar.gz), and got same result.

I have found a solution to this:

I had to mark both Private (only author and administrators can edit and view) and Make the content of this field private. to make this field visible and editable to the role "recruiter".

Before this I only had Private (only author and administrators can edit and view) on.
