User-selected high contrast settings are overridden by the application. For example 1, while high contrast settings are enabled, the “I’m not a robot” checkbox is no longer visible.
This defect was identified in IE11.
Applications are expected to adopt the user selected operating system color and contrast selections. In this instance the example 1, “I’m not a robot” checkbox is expected to remain visible.

hass CreditAttribution: hass commentedThis module is for the integration of recaptcha. From writing above it is not clear what the problem is. This module does not create the HTML/CSS code. So you need to open a ticket with Google. As this is closed source I'm aware that there is no official support channel. Good luck with the Google Forums.
