The audio challenge provided for CAPTCHA is not audible and hard to understand.
This defect exists in IE 11 and Google Chrome v61.0.3163.100.

All information required for submission of the request form is expected to be clearly available for users who are not able to complete the CAPTCHA visual challenge. In this instance the audio for the CAPTCHA audio challenge is expected to be clear.

Hello. Drupal Core has no captcha. I assume this issue belongs in perhaps the recaptcha issue queue.

This module is for the integration of recaptcha. From writing above it is not clear what the problem is. This module does not create the HTML/CSS code. So you need to open a ticket with Google. As this is closed source I'm aware that there is no official support channel. Good luck with the Google Forums.
