A sufficient visual indication of focus is not provided for the “VERIFY” button. The blue outline provided as focus for the “VERIFY” button is barely visible. It is expected that a well-defined on-screen indication of the current visual focus, such as a dotted outline be provided for the “VERIFY” button.
This defect exists in Google Chrome v61.0.3163.100 and does not exist in IE 11.
Expected result: A well-defined on-screen indication of the current visual focus, such as a dotted outline around the element, is expected to be provided for all interactive user interface elements. For example, sufficient visual focus is expected to be provided for the “VERIFY” button.

The verify button is powered by a module rather than by Drupal Core so this issue should be moved to the given module’s queue or to a site management queue.
This queue is for maintenance of the core product.

hass CreditAttribution: hass commentedThis module is for the integration of recaptcha. From writing above it is not clear what the problem is. This module does not create the HTML/CSS code. So you need to open a ticket with Google. As this is closed source I'm aware that there is no official support channel. Good luck with the Google Forums.
