The file named in .info is incorrect.

Drush reports:

A file has been declared in a module's .info, but could not be found. This is probably indicative of a bug. The missing file is /recaptcha/src/ReCaptcha/RequestMethod/Drupal7.php.

Currently:
files[] = src/ReCaptcha/RequestMethod/Drupal7.php

Should be:
files[] = src/ReCaptcha/RequestMethod/Drupal7Post.php
