Doesn't show Addressfield tokens

I am trying to make Real Name work with Addressfield. As https://www.drupal.org/project/addressfield says:

Tokens for address field components and additional helper tokens (such as a token for the country name vs. the country code) are available if you are using the Token module. For more information, see the recent issue resolution related to token support.

However, unfortunately I can't find Addressfield tokens on Real Name configuration page /admin/config/people/realname. Could you please explain how to pull Addressfield module's tokens?
