This appears to be the same in the latest 6.x Dev and alpha-8 versions.

Go to the /admin/settings/rdf page. Nothing listed next to the Formats radion buttons.

Actually appears to be related to the RootCandy (Dark) administrative theme. Switching to a different admin theme should fix but it is strange that the theme is the problem. Haven't had any similar problems with any other module in the years I have used RootCandy.

Will look into it further. Anyone with a clue here?
