Is there a way to get the visibility settings of each of the included blocks to be respected?

have a couple things to suggest/offer comment to the maintainer (i'm not a php coder, so some salt may be required. comments made pertaining to acquia_marina theme, may not be relevant to other themes)

1) respect of visibility settings - random block has its own visibility setting which is respected, so you should be able to accomplish this on a per role basis at that level (only assign items/child blocks that have the same visibility permissions to random blocks)

2) display of content - the displayed content of child block is compacted/squeezed. I'm fairly sure this is due to the css of the child block being repeated/respected in addition to the css of the parent random block. eg the padding and margins are getting "double padded" and "double margined" due to the block within a block model. sorry that i can't offer a solution, but thought that it was worth noting.

nice module! there are easy workarounds to the issues mentioned, or at least the default behavior is acceptable (while not ideal) for my situation. so thanks very much for the work!

Included blocks doesn't respect multilingual visibility settings.
