I've installed random blocks and cleared my cache, for some reason the Configure Random Blocks doesn't appear on /admin/structure

I took a quick look at the modules hook_menu and /admin/structure/block/randomblocks works just fine, so it looks like hook_menu just needs to be updated to place it in the proper menu.

Attached is a patch that does so.
