Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: /user/login

Hey there,

I noticed an error in /user/register and /user/password but not on /user/login

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: /user/login

If I comment bootstrap.min.js in themename.libraries.yml the error goes away.

Note: shouldn't we move bootstrap.min.js to assets/js instead of loading it directly from bower components?
