After installing Radix 8.x-3.0-alpha1 (not set as default) on Drupal core 8.0.5, the UI was messed up. Even after it was uninstalled, the UI didn't return to normal. The Bartik theme was then installed and set as default and still the UI was the same. Only after typing /admin at the url and cleared all cache did the UI of the default theme return to normal.
