I worked on it at least a few betas ago, so not everything may work at this point. By no means is it a drop-in port of Radioactivity, but it might at least give some ideas about avenues to pursue.
Notes:
Score is not kept as an actual field. Originally, I didn't think that the score was something that should ever be manually altered, nor did it seem like it would make sense to display as part of the node by itself. (It's only meaningful when compared to the scores of other nodes.) And since the score continues to degrade, I didn't want a changing field value to be invalidating a bunch of cached stuff all the time. Consequently, I was really only targeting making that data available for use in Views.
The way that Views caching is done is currently being changed, so some of my original assumptions probably don't apply much anymore and the implementation may not make as much sense.
