Fixed bug causing empty files to be downloaded.
Fixed missing curly braces in a sql query All files downloaded are now served by PHP. This way downloaded files has correct filenames.
Fixed a bug where the download link for files stored in Drupals files system will be broken if Organic Groups is used.
