Fix token support for summary options

We have two Summary text fields but one token tree.
This patch add two token tree and one important thing - token tree in modal dialog mode.
We need token tree in dialog mode because node edit form contain a lot of html id's (POST variables) and with token tree it's may trow an error: PHP Warning: Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000.
