co-maintainer request for djdevin [#2220635]

I am applying for co-maintainership of Quiz, especially the proposed 7.x-5.x (from 4.x) branch which needs a lot of work before D8.

I have a vested interest in Quiz as it is one of the core building blocks of a large Drupal product I work on. I already maintain the Course related modules and have provided several complex patches to Quiz to add functionality. I work with e-learning modules every day - it's my full time job - and would see to it that many critical changes make it into Quiz including the architecture changes discussed below.

I can vouch for djdevin on this. Does a lot of work in the open for a vendor that builds LMS tools; uses quiz and lots of other projects (including course which he maintains). Also agreeing that Quiz needs a total rewrite if it's going to transition to D8 without any kind of total gutting (it's either happening now or its happening later once D8 is here). Quiz also tends to lag behind core major versions due to its current technical debt so it would be great to get a jump start.

djdevin has been added. Welcome aboard! If we see good progress and stable releases from you in the future I will probably be happy to recommend you as main maintainer as well(if you are interested) since my capacity to coordinate the development of the quiz module is very low at the moment.

Me and my team are really busy with https://drupal.org/project/h5p. We'll probably add H5P as one or more quiz question types in the future when we're able to process user answers server side.
