"Hide the title of this node" should actually remove h2 and a tags for better accessibility

When you select a node Tab Type and check "HIde the title of this node", it actually outputs empty h2 and a tags instead of completely removing them as one would expect.

As a result, keyboard and screen reader users, who often navigate by heading elements, may get confused with an empty heading and empty link.
