Table Rows Re-Sort themselves for display?

Hi,

I added some quicktables data, input it in the order which I wished it to display, and when displayed as a block it is ordered differently.

How can I control which column it sorts from, and if it is ascending or descending? If I cannot do this, how do I prevent it from redisplaying arbritarily after I have input the data in the correct format?
