I'd like to see the Server Config Options be expanded so that it doesn't just say:
- Install and configure PHP opcode cache.
- OPTIONAL: install and configure reverse proxy cache.

But details both APC & memcached install instructions:
- Install and configure APC (or other PHP opcode cache).
- Install and configure Memcached (or older Memcache).
- OPTIONAL: install and configure reverse proxy cache.
