Path prefix should match exactly to avoid modifier duplicates.

Hi guys, I would suggest that PathPrefixMethod should match exactly the modifier since it is possible to have multiple modifiers using the same route. i.e my-office is found within my-office-2 so the generated links will be built as http://localhost/my-office/my-office-2/node/1
