Hi, thanks for this great little module that should definitely be part of drupal core!

Why do we have to enable Publish Content on each Content Type ? Let's say this is needed, I think it should at least be enabled by default.

I do not agree this should be the case.

I think a better solution would be to have a list of the content types on the main config screen to enable and disable from there, without needing to hunt for them individually.

I think it would be too much a change for existing users. @roborat's suggestion of centralising the options was a good one and was committed in #2612136: Provide central administration of which content types are supported
