Support for Drupal 7 is ending on 5 January 2025—it’s time to migrate to Drupal 10! Learn about the many benefits of Drupal 10 and find migration tools in our resource center.
Module provides mapping for root and leaf terms of a vocabulary. Whenever a taxonomy term is updated, or deleted or a new term is added, the root & leaf term mapping is synced accordingly into a flat table. You can select for vocabularies that you want to sync using the configuration page.
Git clone
git clone --branch 7.x-1.x https://git.drupal.org/sandbox/manish_nagdevani/2640946.git taxonomy_root_leaf_mapper

PA robot CreditAttribution: PA robot commentedWe are currently quite busy with all the project applications and we prefer projects with a review bonus. Please help reviewing and put yourself on the high priority list, then we will take a look at your project right away :-)
Also, you should get your friends, colleagues or other community members involved to review this application. Let them go through the review checklist and post a comment that sets this issue to "needs work" (they found some problems with the project) or "reviewed & tested by the community" (they found no major flaws).

deepanker_bhalla CreditAttribution: deepanker_bhalla as a volunteer and at HyTechPro.com commentedHi,
I reviewed your module and found some issues:
1) The steps to use your project is confusing.
2) There is no menu link for the "admin/config/taxonomy-flat-table" in the Admin/Config.
3) I am getting this warning.
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'sync_taxonomy_flat_table' not found or invalid function name in menu_execute_active_handler() (line 519 of /var/www/html/drupald/drupal/includes/menu.inc).

ritzz CreditAttribution: ritzz at Iksula commented1.Added Steps in INSTALLATIONS section of 'README.txt'.
2.Changed the url 'admin/config/taxonomy-flat-table' to 'mapping/taxonomy-flat-table'.
3. Could not re-generate the following warning:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'sync_taxonomy_flat_table' not found or invalid function name in menu_execute_active_handler() (line 519 of /var/www/html/drupald/drupal/includes/menu.inc).
If you could specify when the warning was generated would be more helpful.

After 2017 March 7 everyone can promote a project to a full project. A full project has a short project name and a drupal.org/project URL. It can also have releases (like alpha1 or 1.0). Edit your sandbox project, and then choose the 'Promote' tab.

If you'd like to opt into security coverage, please ensure your module is ready for a full release, and then set this issue back to 'needs review'
Immense apologies for how long it took to get to this review completed.

apadernoI am closing it for lack of response. Please re-open it, if you still want to be able to opt into security coverage.
I apologize for the long delay before an appropriate response.
