Themes allow you to change the look and feel of your Drupal site. You can use themes contributed by others or create your own to share with the community. Contributed themes are not part of any official release and may not have optimized code/functionality for your purposes.
You can also create a sub-theme of an existing theme. A sub-theme inherits a parent theme's resources. Read more about Sub-theme structure and inheritance.
You can also view a full index of themes listing only their titles.
Although it's not required, this theme is made with the assumption that the site will be using Commerce. This theme will give a nice, clean design to a Commerce Kickstart installation out of the box. (version 1 out of the box, version 2 requires some updates)
Most of the inspiration for this theme is coming from Adaptive Theme, Bartik, and Omega.

Blueprint is a starter Drupal theme meant to make development of custom themes faster.
Version 2.0 is now out!
The big improvements are added customization settings on the theme settings page, right-to-left language support, and a more robust system for sub-theming, including a basic starter theme.
NOTE: The Blueprint CSS framework files have now been moved out of the theme folder and into the libraries folder at /sites/all/libraries/blueprint. Additionally support has been added for the Libraries API module allowing you to place the file in any of the locations that the Libraries API supports. This change was made to clean up the theme folder and because while doing Drush updates, the Blueprint CSS files were getting removed.
Make:The 2.x version now includes a .make file for those that use Drush_make that will automagically download the framework files.

Black Hole is an advanced responsive, "mobile first", HTML5 theme developed by Dr. Radut, with layout and style configuration options built in that you can control through Drupal's UI. It contains the same kinds of features as Zero Point theme in a dark look. It uses Yahoo Pure.css, a powerful responsive CSS framework and also fully supports right to left languages. Pure is ridiculously tiny. The entire set of modules clocks in at 4.0KB minified and gzipped.
The theme validates HTML5, it is cross-browser compatible, and it complies with WAVE and FAE. 6.x-4.x and 7.x-4.x are new designs made with mobile in mind: compatible, light and fast.
Here you can try a demo and play with the theme's settings.

Navin features an overall clean design and a simplistic approach for displaying a modern site. Like with any theme change, you may be required to reposition blocks according to the additional regions provided by Navin.
Navin is included by default with the releases of Open Enterprise 7.x-1.0-beta7 and above. It is currently in beta stages for test purposes. It is highly recommended that any issues found with Navin be put in this issue queue.
Uikitty was initially provided as front end development plugin to hook up UIkit because we were using it for business and thought it would be fun to share, however after being thoroughly frustrated with Drupal's lack of true support or community around design and the PIA guy who took over the namespace for UIkit on Drupal. It has become more of a hassle to share than its worth.
