When http://drupal.org/node/972536#comment-4212092 was queued for testing and the version was set to 7.0, the checkout seems to have failed, and the version on QA was 7.0 instead of HEAD/7.x. I didn't study it carefully, but seems that it was a #fail in general

Looks like this was a red herring, as #972536-34: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to int in _menu_router_build() - line 3370 shows. There were problems with disk space with both testbots at teh time of the origination of the problem.
