MixologicThe composer.json files in drupal core were fixed in https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2935137.
The change has been pushed to the composer facade such that all new metadata that is created for packages.drupal.org will have the new spdx compatible license name.
The facade is currently rebuilding all of the projects to create fresh metadata for all projects, and logging which projects have invalid licenses in their composer.json.
Once the rebuild Is complete, I'll post a list of invalid projects somewhere and we can ask maintainers to update their license identifier.
