Possible uses of this module

This is mostly for Project issue tracking. In theory, you could have projects without issues, but that's not very exciting. Projects can also have releases, integration with revision control systems, etc. Generally assumes that projects are "software projects", like here on drupal.org. Probably not the best fit for anything else, like a job board.
