to guide people to a) find the proper project to post to, and to b) post meaningful bug reports. we already have submission guidelines for many node types. the project description should be shown on http://yoursite.com/project/ and (probably) any http://yoursite.com/project/list[...]

do we really have project issue submission guidelines, ie. a config'able text to appear about an issue submission form? i can't seem to find them.

perfect. well - almost ;) is there a chance to add a default project submission guideline (admin/system/modules/project) so that i don't have to add it to every new project? would be great.
