Simple Profile Privacy Module
This module allows users to set profile privacy option. Checkbox allows a user to make a user profile private.
Note: About this protection only covers the /user/[uid] path
Configuration:
Go to /user/%uid/edit
then Check "Make my Profile private" checkbox
