Fire alerts when:
1. Site status is anything other than 'ok'
2. Module update status is 'security risk'
3. Allow setting of alerting level
4. Allow different alerting mechanisms: e-mail, sms, ... (default = email but customise using alter hooks?)

ckngProbably best as an integration with rules, exposing all those "events" and allow user to customize the actions freely.

I have started working on this because I run prod_check as a cron process and I do not want to get spammed with too many comments. At the moment I've just added support for log level (#1 number 3), next step is to have a nicer output to be sent over email (#1 number 4)
