Release notes

This release contains a fix for a non-critical bug which presented the "hide" resp. "show my email address" setting to users without the "write privatemsg" permission (for whom it is effectivly useless but might have caused irritations).

If you are upgrading from a pre 7.x-1.0 release, please read the 7.x-1.0 update instructions carefully prior to updating.
